Unfortunately 58.7% of the people do not wash their hands after using this facility leaving you vulnerable to whatever |
It never fails that you are the one right behind Mr. "I don't have time to wash my hands" and you have to grab that door handle |
NO WORRIES if there is a SaniHandle unit installed. It kills 99.9% of all the germs left behind from anyone. Male or female. |

National
Restaurant Association Web Site states by
instructing restaurant employees on how they should wash
their hands and "avoid doing anything that will
contaminate their hands, like touching the door handles". Sanihandles
are safe, Install them today. |
“Employees
must wash hands
before
returning to work!”
We’ve all seen
the laminated signs and state mandated stickers posted in public bathrooms. Most
of us are so appalled by the image of bacteria from the restroom reaching
our food at the table that we dismiss the thought, as if it doesn’t
happen. Restaurants, Hotels, Hospitals & Healthcare facilities,
Dental offices, Airports, Schools, and all public places share the
same public health issue.
Washing
your hands doesn’t help if the last person out the door is unconcerned, about their own health or anyone else, they just go about spreading germs. In the new age of self-flushing toilets & urinals
and sensor driven faucets & hand dryers, we don’t touch anything
to spread disease until we get to the door. Shouldn’t we
have self sanitizing door handles?
Introducing
SaniHandles® by Brookes
How
do SaniHandles® by Brookes work? The sanitizer units contain
two germicidal ultraviolet lamps. The germicidal lamp is a short wave
low pressure mercury vapor tube that produces ultraviolet wavelengths
that are lethal to microorganisms. Approximately 95% of the ultraviolet
light energy emitted is at the mercury resonance line of 254 nanometers.
This wavelength is approximately maximum germicidal effectiveness and
is highly lethal to viruses, bacteria and mold spores. The genetic
material of the microorganism is deactivated, which prevents it from
reproducing and renders it harmless.
What
is Germicidal Ultraviolet Light?
Germicidal ultraviolet light (UV-C light) deactivates
the DNA of bacteria, viruses and other pathogens and destroys
their ability to multiply and cause infection and disease.
Specifically, UV-C light causes damage to the nucleic acid of
microorganisms by forming covalent bonds between certain adjacent
bases in the DNA. The
formation of such bonds prevents the DNA from being unzipped
for replication, and the organism is unable to reproduce. In fact,
when the organism tries to replicate, it dies!
What
are the beneficial uses of Germicidal UV Light?
Ultraviolet
light technology is a non-chemical approach to disinfection. This makes the process simple and inexpensive,
requiring very low maintenance. Ultraviolet light sanitizers
utilize germicidal lamps that are designed and calculated to produce
a specific dosage of UV-C light (usually at least 16,000 microwatt
seconds per square centimeter). The principle of design is
based on a product of time and intensity. Both are necessary
for successful disinfection.
THE
NEWEST ADDITION TO THE WELLNESS REVOLUTION HAS A VERY STYLISH
DESIGN AND EMPLOYS ULTRAVIOLET “SUNSHINE” INDOORS.
This
innovation in health science allows powerful shielded rays to flow
gently over the restroom handle, virtually destroying all bacteria,
viruses, and other pathogens, giving you peace of mind that your
hands are clean and safe, like the person’s before you. SaniHandles® by
Brookes are easy to install on any doors.
UL Approved parts including low voltage regulator.
